We at Chad’s Gym and Studio strive to be the best at what we do. After working in the local big gyms around town I decided to go on my own because there are no limitations here. The big gyms are only concerned about the monthly dues and not getting the customer to their goals. We specialize in personal training. We have been doing this for 6 years now.

When you think of health and fitness you associate them to major health clubs Gold’s Gym, Powerhouse, Planet Fitness, EP Fitness, etc. In the larger gyms you are just a monthly income for them. You get lost on the customer service end of the deal. They don’t specialize in anything other than selling memberships.
At Chad’s Gym we take you the client and figure out what your goals are and how to get to them. You become a name and not a number. You went looking for a place to make changes happen but ended up with a monthly fee and no direction on how to achieve your goal. We have everything here in our 2600 square foot facility to accommodate the average person who wants to loose weight, fee better, relieve stress, avoid hypertension, diabetes, or the person who has a sports goal.
Everyone has a different goal and different reason for seeking a personal trainer. Some examples would be been exercising for months or years and fail to see results. They look the same day in day out every year. Some of my clients need the commitment of a standing appointment or they won’t show. Some need direction; they don’t want to think just follow the exercise program. Some have been hurt in the past or have a pre existing injury and don’t want anymore injuries. Most people follow the same program and fail to stimulate the body in a way to continue change. No two programs are the same. They are always different in some way.
People are creatures of habit and we all look for the easy way to get what we want. The hard exercises are the most rewarding and the ones most overlooked because no one wants to do them. A personal trainer will guide you to see the results you are looking for. Most people set out to see results but fail because of lack of knowledge and failure to see results. Getting the understanding you need with proper direction and guidance anyone can achieve any goals that they set out to achieve.
